Specialist - Data Analytics And Insights

Drafts individual growth target summaries, revenue analyses, solution penetrations and go-to-market scorecards for review by Data Analytics & Insight colleagues.

Creates basic dashboards and reports using data visualization software in order to develop creative design solutions that improve the user reporting experience.

Assists in efforts to standardize reporting across business units and regions by following established processes and methodology.

Performs detailed error-checking and data validation to identify and resolve potential data integrity and reporting issues.

Gathers data and contributes to the Individual Sales Target update process to validate month-end financial, operational and individual sales reports.

Provides support to Finance and Mercer regional sales operations teams to support activities related to annual business and individual sales target setting
