Job Description

Purpose

To ensure Sales through Channel Partners (Retail, Institutional, Out-station, International & Alternate Channels) at active projects. To lead a team of Channel Sales Managers within assigned territory and formulate the channel strategy for the sale of projects.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Ensure significant contribution to sales through channels partners at active projects
  • Maintain & expand organization’s database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
  • Contribution of Channel Sales in value and volume achievement as per target
  • Improve quality & quantity of channel database to ensure each projects meet the sales targeted from channels
  • Develop & drive the channel sales team & (To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter
  • Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
  • Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
  • Liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners
  • Prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same
  • Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners and oversee the organization of channel-related events
  • Leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
  • Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience to maintain engagement and quality
  • Assign and delegate work to branch channel managers and supervise all areas of operation in accordance with established company policies/procedures, objectives and applicable processes.
