To ensure Sales through Channel Partners (Retail, Institutional, Out-station, International & Alternate Channels) at active projects. To lead a team of Channel Sales Managers within assigned territory and formulate the channel strategy for the sale of projects.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Ensure significant contribution to sales through channels partners at active projects
Maintain & expand organization’s database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
Contribution of Channel Sales in value and volume achievement as per target
Improve quality & quantity of channel database to ensure each projects meet the sales targeted from channels
Develop & drive the channel sales team & (To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter
Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
Liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners
Prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same
Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners and oversee the organization of channel-related events
Leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience to maintain engagement and quality
Assign and delegate work to branch channel managers and supervise all areas of operation in accordance with established company policies/procedures, objectives and applicable processes.
