What Impact You Will Have

You will have a key role in leveraging technical engagements with customers on pre-sales and technical tender manager activities, acting as a bridge between Submer internal departments and the Customer.

Working side-by-side with the Sales team engaging customers, you will have the mission of integrating and recommending Submer’s solutions within the cooling environment of a Data Center.

What You’ll Do

• Become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Liquid Cooling for technically complex projects and tenders.
• Actively engage with our India sales team to support them in the deals and work closely with them to build a technical trusted relationship with our customers.
• Follow a standard framework to validate and qualify the opportunities from a technical point of view.
• Drive technical relationship with customers.
• Create and develop technical commercial proposals based on customer’s requirements
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Data Center environments, along with knowledge of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field relevant to Data Centers.
• +10 years of proven experience in a pre-sales/Technical sales role for MEP projects related to High-Performance Computing and/or MegaWatt Datacenters.
• Data Center Certifications with proven knowledge of data center design, engineering, and operations of common infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cooling and power in Data Centers.
• Experience in creating commercial technical proposals.
• Able to work autonomously and in a changing environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work across varied time zones.
