Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking a Golang expert who can design and build high-performance microservices for a distributed platform. Prior exposure to CCTV live streaming/video storage is a plus but not mandatory. ONVIF is optional.

Key Responsibilities (Core)

• Build and maintain Golang microservices (REST/gRPC) with clean architecture and strong code quality.
• Implement service patterns: authentication/authorization, rate limiting, caching, retries, idempotency, circuit breakers.
• Design data models and persistence (PostgreSQL/MySQL), caching (Redis), and messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS).
• Ensure production readiness: logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerts, and incident debugging.
• CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and deployment support (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Collaborate with product/QA/DevOps and contribute to architecture/design reviews.
• Optional Domain Experience (Nice-to-Have)
• CCTV live streaming / video platform components (session orchestration, stream lifecycle, recording, retention, playback metadata).
• Familiarity with RTSP/WebRTC/HLS (any).
• Video storage patterns (segmenting, retention policies, export pipelines).
• ONVIF exposure (discovery/profiles/PTZ) – optional.
  
  

• 4–5 years experience with Golang and production-grade microservices.
• Strong concurrency, networking, performance tuning in Go.
• API design (REST/gRPC), secure service-to-service communication, and testing practices.
