Key Responsibilities

• Comfortable Facing Camera & Shooting Reels
  
  

Create engaging Reels and short-form videos.

Assist with basic video setup, shooting and on-camera content.

• Content Planning, Execution & Posting
  
  

Develop and manage monthly content calendars.

Create, schedule, and publish posts across platforms.

• Trend Spotting & Ideation
  
  

Identify trends and generate creative content ideas.

Quickly adapt trends to brand-relevant content.

• Strong Communication
  
  

Write clear captions and maintain brand tone.

Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators.

• Community Management
  
  

Handle comments, DMs, and audience interactions.

Monitor brand mentions and maintain positive engagement.

• Social Media Understanding + Basic Analytics
  
  

Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports.

Use insights to improve content and engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging social platforms.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, or third-party dashboards.
• Creative mindset with the ability to execute content independently.
