Site Incharge

Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day on-site installation and testing activities for DCOS implementation, ensuring work aligns with approved engineering drawings and schematics.
   

Supervise the installation of BMS controllers, field devices (sensors, actuators, valves), and network cabling. Lead the functional testing and pre-commissioning of tests.

2. Team & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site engineers. Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
   
3. Material & Resource Control: Track inventory of PLC panels, cables and field instruments and ensure the measurement reports are signed regularly. Coordinate with procurement team if additional material is required. Local material procurement if required.
   
4. Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict quality control standards for sensor, panel, cable tray and cable installation. Work along with Concord site safety office to get the necessary work permits and ensure all safety regulations are followed by the team
   
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise site logs, as-built drawings, and installation checklists. Generate daily and weekly progress reports for Project Managers and clients. Attend daily onsite installation meetings at 8:30 in the morning.
   

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in site management for BMS or Process Automation.

Soft Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with main contractors, MEP consultants, and clients.
