Job Description

The candidate is expected to handle below Fund Finance Operations role:

• Co-ordination the Fund Administrators to ensure proper books of accounts of the fund are being maintained
• Quarterly NAV Computation
• Leading statutory audits and ensuring timely completion of audits
• Handling all the SEBI, trustee compliances related to AIFs
• Providing portfolio and fund related information to stakeholders as may be required from time to time
• Managing capital calls and distributions
• Manage all management fee calculations, and water fall allocations.
• Wiring of investments and ensuring due process is followed
• Vendor Payments
• Bank account maintenance
• Tax Compliances related to the fund
• Coordination with Internal Auditors
• Implementation of strong systems and processes for the Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in fund operations, private equity, fund administration, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of PE fund structures, capital accounts, and waterfall mechanics.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with fund accounting software (e.g., Investran, eFront, Allvue) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
