Job Description

We are looking for a Video Production Specialist who can independently manage the complete video production process—from shooting and cinematography to editing and final delivery. The role will work closely with the creative team to produce engaging, platform-ready content while leveraging modern editing and AI video tools to enhance storytelling and production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing:
  
  

Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Add graphics, effects, and sound to enhance the final product.Ensure all edited videos meet the technical specifications and standards for various platforms.Manage post-production tasks such as color correction, audio mixing, and adding music or voiceovers.Use of AI tools - Seedance, Google Flow, Higgsfield, eleven labs, etc.

• Videography:
  
  

Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lights, and microphones.Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.Ensure all video content is visually appealing and aligns with brand guidelines.

• Project Management:
  
  

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay within budget.Coordinate with other team members, including writers, designers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive content creation.Maintain organized files and project documentation for easy access and future reference.

Skills & Competencies

3–5 years of experience as a Video Editor & Videographer.Proficiency in camera handling, videography, lighting and video editing.Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects.Strong understanding of end-to-end video production.Creative storytelling with a strong visual eye.
