We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition strategy and managing the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
