Role/ Job Title: Senior Specialist – Trade Finance Operations

Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations

Job Purpose: The incumbent in this role- should be having sound knowledge in CLF Products like Vendor / Dealer Discounting, Factoring , Operating lease, TREDs.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Experience in Supply Chain Finance which includes Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing, Factoring, Invoice Discounting, Operating Lease, TReDS, Invoice and Purchase Order Discounting

 Responsible to ensure that the transaction complies with all the required Guidelines and Regulatory Requirements under the current RBI guidelines in addition to the bank’s internal policies and procedures

 Ensure processing within TATs as prescribed and ensure error free processing. Timely reporting of errors if any

 Scrutiny and processing of transactions making and checking in line with prescribed guidelines

 Ensure adequate and efficient processing pertaining to various client segments, resolving queries if any on timely basis

 Handling of internal reconciliations – office accounts as may be applicable

 Ability to drive / implement projects / implementations related to the area.

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience: 5 to 10/12 years of experience.
