About The Role


Senior Specialist Digitalization – Regional Digital Manager (RDM) serves as a “control tower”, coordinating GD service delivery to every market GD serves.


How Will You Do It

• With a good knowledge of the local situation (complexity, size, regulations, stakeholders, structures), advise PMs the best way to deliver services to the sites
• Consult site managers and Managing Directors on service arrangements (including the requirement for LtO)
• Dialogue with stakeholders and IBPs in each of the sites to understand their needs and convey messages from GD to them
• Analyze service quality in each of the sites, make demands and ensure the required services are well delivered to the endpoints
• sFacilitate discussions between global teams and the stakeholders in the legal entities and sites
• Persuade IBPs to adopt standards and solutions provided by GD
• Supervise the providers for services requiring local presence
• Represent GD in incidents and crisis, ensuring the right manager and teams are involved and coordinating required support to the sites
  
  
  

• Good command of English language for active discussions with global teams and stakeholders
• Have a broad overview of IT and Digital space
• Highly competent in IT knowledge
• Able to communicate with higher level management
• Strong capability in aligning resources, schedules, and stakeholders
• Passionate about service quality and able to actively steer service quality
• High organizational awareness
• Experienced in GD processes and service delivery
