About the Role

The Senior Product Manager - Debit Cards is responsible for driving the growth and innovation of the debit card product line. This role involves understanding customer needs, identifying product gaps, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver superior customer experiences and market-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
• Create product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with technology and operations teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Drive product launches in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate and drive promotional plans to ensure alignment with product line strategy and effective messaging.
• Manage and liaise with internal and external partners/stakeholders.
• Act as a product specialist to build awareness and understanding.
• Align closely with Customer Service & Onboarding to build and maintain a strong customer experience.
• Understand Debit EMI programs, tokenization, card security, and contactless technologies.
  
  

• Product training and awareness.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
  
  

• Proven 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the debit card or payments domain.
  
  

• Strong understanding of debit card products and business dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
