engage with CBC/Service Providers for appointing new BOs and servicing of existing Bos

Contribute to other projects within the BC txn acquiring business

Secondary Responsibilities

Participate in process improvement initiatives

Help business in rolling out new initiatives

Manage business audit

Key Success Metrics

Customer service satisfaction; Superior customer feedback; implementation of new projects
