We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the end-to-end experience of TIST App — from early concepts to shipped flows. This is a high - ownership role for a designer who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and understands the business they're designing for. You will be responsible for turning complex influencer marketing and AI - driven product challenges into interfaces that feel simple, intuitive, and distinctly TIST.
Key Responsibilities :
Own Product Design End - to - End
Design from discovery through delivery across key product surfaces — web, mobile - web, and internal tools.
Define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final specs with the depth and clarity engineers need to ship confidently.
Drive Design Strategy
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap decisions.
Identify UX gaps, glean insights from user behavior, advocate for the user in product conversation, and most importantly, always consider the business perspective from the market’s point of view.
Build & Steward the Design System
Evolve TIST's component library and design language across platforms.
Ensure design consistency, scalability, and token hygiene across every touchpoint.
Design for AI - Native Experiences
Work closely with the AI / data team to design interfaces that make intelligent features feel natural, not alien.
Think carefully about trust, transparency, and explainability when surfacing AI - driven content or recommendations.
Collaborate Across the Company
Facilitate design critiques, lead user research, and create shared understanding across engineering, product, and media leadership.
Communicate design decisions clearly — rationale, trade-offs, and what's out of scope.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Product design experience, ideally in a SaaS, marketplace, or consumer platform.
Strong portfolio that shows systems thinking alongside attention to craft and detail.
Equally comfortable in ambiguous 0 - to - 1 spaces and iterating on established flows.
Solid grasp of design principles, interaction patterns, and mobile - first thinking.
Experience designing for AI - native or data - heavy products is a significant plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field — or a portfolio that speaks louder.
4+ years of product design experience with at least 1 – 2 years in leading a team of product designers.
Proficiency in Figma including component architecture, auto - layout, prototyping, design system and other tools required to produce production ready design.
Growth Perks
Learning and Certification budget.
Exploratory travel budget.
Flexible working hours.
ESOPs options.
Budget
Starting from 20 LPA, varies per experience and other factors.
