Key Responsibilities

• Position is responsible for leading Sales & Operations Planning by bringing business insights to the discussion table and enabling decision making backed by data.
• To Design, Measure and Effectively communicate all Supply Chain Metrics - Sufficiency (Service), Inventory DOH (Cash), Distribution/ Logistics Spend (Cost), SLOB, Operational Reliability.
• Driving strategic projects in areas of Demand Planning, Inventory Control, Logistics (Freight & loadability optimization).
• Hands-on Experience of Implementation of Projects like Transportation Mgmt. System, Kinaxis etc.
• Responsible for driving Segmentation Study, Yearly Budgeting, Cost to Serve Analysis, Inventory Optimization.
  
  

Drive Analytics agenda for Supply chain processes. Adoption of Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, R etc.

Travel Estimate

Up to 10 % will be travel time

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Bachelors, Masters (preferred)

Experience

Tenure : 6-8 years
