Roles & Responsibilities

• Run the annual merit cycle and bonus cycle end-to-end
• Support hiring and retention offer prudence, internal parity analyses to facilitate talent retention decisions
• Incentive design, digitization and administration
• Draft and maintain rewards policies and process notes; ensure statutory compliance (PF, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages) in coordination with payroll.
• Build and maintain rewards and productivity dashboards
• Prepare material for rewards committee and leadership reviews
• Lead org design, job evaluation and productivity initiatives
