The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead software product delivery and implementation engagements for large enterprise customers. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder relationships, delivery governance, and team leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Manage software product delivery and implementation projects for complex enterprise accounts.
• Ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address delivery challenges and manage dependencies.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, delays, and cost overruns.
• Ensure Go-Live processes and delivery governance standards are followed.
• Track project progress using Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Lead and mentor teams of Software Engineers and Business Analysts.
• Manage resource allocation and project capacity planning.
  
  

Who Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in software product delivery and implementation within an IT product organization.
• Strong experience in Product Implementation and System Integration projects.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and product management processes.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing complex customer engagements and cross-functional teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
• Experience delivering projects within the Payments, FinTech, or Banking domain.
