Key Responsibilities

• Product Costing
• Working out COGS and communicating the same to Various Stakeholders in the organizations like Business Development, Marketing, etc
• Working out Gross margin of the all products monthly
• Updating Transfer Prices in the system
• Working out costs for R&D Products
• Budget Working in Anaplan Tool
• Worked out the RM requirement based in Sales volume received from Marketing team
• Preparation of Budget Cost Sheets & work out the product cost based on Material rates received from Supply Chain
• Budgeted Overhead working based on Sales volume
• PLI Working
• Submission of RM Cost with break up of Local & imported as per Government Notification on quarterly basis
• Calculation API consumption for PLI working
• RoDTEP Annual Return
• Submission of RoDTEP Annual return on yearly basis to DGFT portal for >4000 exported SKUs
• Inventory Categorization & Valuation Monthly and Quarterly
• Valuation of Plant, C&F & In-transit Inventory
• Classification of Inventory in Raw materials, RFP, WIP, Finished Goods for Plants, C&F, Stock in Transit
• Making provisions as per Policy for Damaged/Expired/Near Expiry/Non Moving products
• Communication of Inventory Monthly to Accounts department for making necessary entries
• Collecting Month wise Sales data from Accounts Team, analyzing the same
• Updating Global Inventory and confirming the same to Sun Global Operations
• Transfer Pricing
• Quarterly working out Debit Note and Credit Note for Related Parties
• Communications with Accounts Department for passing necessary entries
• Giving the same to auditors for their perusal
• Profit Elimination
• Communication with Subsidiaries for closing Stock details
• Updating COGS in the Stock file
• Working out the Profit Elimination and summarizing the same
• Communicating the same to accounts department for consolidation purpose
• Giving the Same Profit Elimination working to Statutory Auditors for their perusal
• NPPA Related Activities
• Accumulating production and sale data and Finished Goods Qty Reconciliation
• Preparing the same in legible format for presenting to NPPA
• Getting certified the same from Cost Auditor
• Responding the query raised by NPPA
• Preparation of Cost Audit
• Reconciliation of production data and sales data & Qty movements for respected financial year
• Preparation of Expense Allocation statement with Trial Balances
• Working out products cost based on expenses and consumption report
• Preparing Annexure for Cost Audit
• Get the Reports audited from Cost Auditor
• Submitting the same to the Government
• Working of RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
• Working on RPA with Consultant for new requirement like Anaplan, Kinaxis, Power BI, SAP-BW Dashboard
• Explaining the Qty Reconciliation, Inventory Categorization & Valuation Process & MIS Reporting
• Drafting Business Requirement Document
