The organisation is actively expanding its presence in energy storage and is committed to supporting India's energy transition through innovative infrastructure investments.
Job Description
- Lead technical evaluation of BESS technologies, OEMs and project configurations.
- Develop energy modelling and performance assessments to support investment and bidding decisions.
- Work closely with commercial teams during bid preparation, contract negotiations and project execution.
- Provide technical due diligence and strategic inputs for storage project development and implementation.
- Contribute to the growth and optimisation of the organisation's energy storage portfolio.
- 15-20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, primarily Solar and Wind.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Strong understanding of BESS technologies, energy modelling, performance analysis and project economics.
- Experience supporting contracts, commercial negotiations and project delivery.
- Ability to operate as an individual contributor in a fast-growing business environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
- Opportunity to play a pivotal role in a rapidly expanding BESS business.
