Summary
We are recruiting a distinguished Senior KYC Executive to spearhead our Know Your Customer framework within the specialized domain of satellite telecommunications. This critical position entails managing the rigorous validation of client identities and evaluating associated risks to guarantee strict adherence to global regulatory standards. The successful candidate will act as a primary steward of organizational integrity, orchestrating sophisticated due diligence workflows while cultivating strategic partnerships with internal divisions and external regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive background investigations and identity authentication protocols for new and existing satellite communication clients.
  
• Evaluate customer information to detect potential money laundering schemes, terrorist financing activities, or other illicit financial behaviors in alignment with current legal statutes.
  
• Formulate and submit precise compliance documentation to regulatory agencies and internal audit committees.
  
• Partner with cross-departmental units to refine internal policies and procedures in response to shifting industry regulations.
  
• Deliver expert mentorship and training to junior personnel concerning KYC protocols and compliance benchmarks.
  
• Track ongoing client transactions to ensure sustained conformity with established risk management frameworks.
  
• Identify and rectify discrepancies or warning signals uncovered during the verification lifecycle.
  
  
  

• Possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in Know Your Customer (KYC), compliance, or anti-money laundering functions.
  
• Demonstrate verified expertise within the telecommunications sector, with an in-depth grasp of its unique regulatory environment.
  
• Maintain robust knowledge of local and international compliance mandates, including AML and CFT directives.
  
• Exhibit superior analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret intricate data and assess risk levels with precision.
  
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills for authoring reports and presenting findings to executive leadership.
  
• Show proficiency with KYC software solutions, database management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Display a proven capacity to operate autonomously and manage multiple high-priority tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
