Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot and microservices to work with our client in India. The ideal candidate should also have practical experience with ReactJS or NodeJS and be comfortable contributing to modern application development across backend and frontend layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices-based applications.
• Develop and integrate backend services and APIs as required by project specifications.
• Work with ReactJS or NodeJS to support frontend or full-stack requirements.
• Understand existing application architecture and contribute to enhancements and new features.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes.
• As per the code practices, develop clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product, and project teams to deliver features on time.
• Support application stability, performance, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle.
  
  

Required Technical Skills

• 6–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Good experience developing applications using Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices-based application development.
• Practical experience with ReactJS or NodeJS.
• Experience developing and integrating backend services and APIs.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software development practices.
• Experience debugging and resolving application issues.
  
  

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
• Exposure to cloud-based application environments and modern development practices.
• Experience with API integration, application testing, and performance optimisation.
• Exposure to CI/CD, containerisation, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good understanding of application development and debugging.
• Ability to work independently and within a development team.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

AI Experience

AI Experience Is Not Specifically Required

Managerial Experience

Formal people-management experience is not mandatory. Senior candidates may be expected to guide junior developers and contribute to technical discussions.

Operational Experience

• Experience working on production software and established application codebases.
• Experience participating in development, testing, debugging, code review, and release activities.
• Ability to coordinate with QA, product, and engineering teams.
• Experience supporting application issues and maintaining system reliability.
  
  

Qualifications

UG: Any Graduate. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Certifications

Relevant Java, Spring, cloud, or software development certifications are optional.

Experience

6–10 years of relevant professional software development experience.
