We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Events & MICE Operations to join our team in Mumbai.

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Events & MICE industry

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end planning and execution of domestic and international corporate events, MICE programs, conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and incentive travel.Handle complete event logistics, including venue selection, travel, accommodation, transportation, registrations, and vendor management.Oversee event production and ensure flawless on-site execution.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and business partners to deliver high-quality events within timelines and budgets.Prepare event plans, presentations, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office.Manage multiple projects while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional stakeholder experience.

Required Skills

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Events & MICE.Strong expertise in end-to-end event logistics and production.Proven experience in managing domestic and international events.Excellent project management, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
