Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing and processing of Medicaid Invoices received from US States as claims
• Calculate, validate and process all assigned Medicaid and State Program rebates within legislative timeline and maintain the SLA to avoid late fee or interest
• Identify root cause of issues with state invoice discrepancies and recommend corrective action to eliminate future occurrences
• Ensure customer disputes, if any, are resolved with customers in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports required for like ROSI/PQAs submission to states
• Provide support for ad hoc requests and audit documentation/queries
• Promptly respond to state queries, providing necessary information and supporting documents.
• Participate in weekly reviews with the Medicaid, RPA, and Vistex teams to address concerns.
• Engage in calls with the Front Office to discuss specific process issues.
