Job Summary

This HR Operations role manages daily HR activities, ensures compliance, maintains HRMS data, supports payroll, and prepares HR reports. The position requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws, and proficiency in HRMS and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes and policies.
  • Administer and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), preferably KeKa, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Prepare MIS reports related to HR metrics, headcount, attrition, and other workforce analytics.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external HR audits, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in payroll processing.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other employee benefits.
  • Support employee onboarding, documentation, and exit processes, maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, with hands-on exposure to HRMS, MIS reporting, payroll, and compliance.

Skills And Experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficient in HRMS and MS Office Suite, especially Excel for MIS reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
