Role Overview
The Campus Consultant role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of campus hires and early career programs at Godrej Properties. The position involves planning and executing large-scale campus recruitment drives, engaging with academic institutions, managing trainee cohorts, and implementing learning and retention strategies — ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for campus hires.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Recruitment & Branding:
- Design and implement effective campus recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and talent requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in campus hiring to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create targeted hiring plans for various roles.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with 70+ campuses, including placement cells, faculty, and student organizations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus engagement events, pre-placement activities, and brand-building initiatives to strengthen employer presence.
- Partner with the branding and communication teams to develop social media and digital content promoting the campus program and cohort stories.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations to identify high-potential talent.
Cohort & Program Management
- Act as the Program Manager for campus cohorts of 300+ students, ensuring structured onboarding, engagement, and development journeys.
- Manage the end-to-end trainee lifecycle — from offer rollout to induction, performance reviews, learning programs, and retention efforts.
- Lead and coordinate trainee evaluation and feedback processes with respective managers and mentors.
- Support the design and implementation of early career learning strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and trainee needs.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Create and manage dashboards and data reports to track key metrics such as hiring status, conversion ratios, and program effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities within the campus hiring and trainee management process.
- Present insights and recommendations to enhance strategy and execution efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/ Masters/MBA degree in Human Resources, Psychology and allied domains.
- Prior experience in campus recruitment, HR operations, or talent management roles is an advantage.
- Experience in Data Analytics will be appreciated
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
