Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize outstanding debts
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and letter to negotiate payment
• Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies
• Maintain accurate records of debt collection activities
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  
  

• 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable/ debt collection
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
