Job Description:-

• Responsible for timely Launches of NPD in Make up Range Category.
• Prior exposure on Innovation and core development in color cosmetics.
• Vendor Development (Domestic and International)
• Project Management
• Internal and External Stakeholder Management
• Good in spoken and written Communication skills.
• In depth technical knowledge of Primary Packaging used in Color Cosmetics
• Understanding on Various Printing and Decoration Techniques used in Primary and Secondary Packaging.
• Negotiation Skills
• Willing to Travel across country for Vendor Visits/ Trials
• Prior experience of Packaging material Procurement and Sourcing.
• Prior exposure of working with International packaging vendors.
