Role Overview

Looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join the Business Development & Marketing team of Modular Fabrication Business (MFB) within the Offshore IC. The role involves supporting market intelligence activities, Tendering (front-facing) including bid compilation, coordination with internal stakeholders, and customer engagement for opportunities across the oil, gas and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business development activities for targeted sectors and geographies.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, opportunity tracking, and customer mapping.
• Assist in undertaking prequalification activities for clients/projects, as required.
• Tendering (front-facing) including bid compilation, business/risk presentations, management presentations etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments for collection and consolidation of inputs related to bids, prequalification, and client submissions.
• Support client engagement activities, meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain databases, trackers, and MIS related to prospects, engagement opportunities or business development activities.
• Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Contribute towards improving departmental processes, and analytical workflows.
  
  

• Graduate Engineer (Mechanical preferred); MBA is optional.
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, proposals, project execution or any related techno-commercial functions.
• Strong analytical skills with clarity of thought and attention to detail.
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of handling multiple tasks under timelines.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn.
