Technical Scope Overview

Service Monitoring management via Managed Service Desk

• Dedicated onsite Resource, managing SBIG EM+S infrastructure
  
  

• The L2 Onsite engineer to be based at SBIG office in Wagle Estate, Thane.
• Shift timings will be 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Holidays: As per SBIG Holiday calendar.
• Resource to be based at SBIG premises and work as per SBIG guidelines and follow SBIG policies and procedures.
• Support to be provided which includes:
• Below are the skillsets, support and qualifications for the EM+S L2 Engineer.
  
  

• Managing EM+S (Identity Management, Intune, Endpoint Management)
• Configuration of policies in the EM+S portal.
• Support EM+S.
• Device and user onboarding.
• Closure of security vulnerabilities if detected in the portal.
• Coordination with other teams to troubleshoot issues, if any.
• Preparation of SOPs to support end users
• Support to end users if the onboarding is unsuccessful.
• Release and maintenance of application in the EM+S solution.
• Knowledge in AAD connect, ADFS, Office365 security & compliance and Mail flow.
  
  

• Managing AADConnect, ADFS, EM+S, Office365 security & compliance and Mail flow.
• Experience of working on Exchange Online, License assignment, Report extraction.
• Experience in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Exchange on premises server administration, power shell scripting.
• Microsoft Certification
