🎯 Whats your mission?

To drive global excellence in sourcing Fragrance Ingredients by developing robust category strategies, strengthening supplier partnerships, and ensuring sustainable, compliant, and cost‑effective supply solutions. At the same time, to secure operational performance at the manufacturing site through reliable budgeting, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and proactive supplier management, enabling business continuity and supporting growth across all regions.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for the assigned raw material portfolio, aligned with corporate objectives, sustainability targets, and innovation roadmaps.
• Lead global supplier qualification processes, including audits, compliance checks, and onboarding.
• Negotiate and manage global framework agreements, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key global suppliers; conduct performance reviews and joint business planning.
• Implement risk management strategies for supply continuity, price volatility, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor global market trends, cost drivers, and risk factors; develop cost models and index-based pricing mechanisms.
• Collaborate with R&D, Perfumers and Suppliers to enable innovation and sustainable sourcing solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert for the assigned portfolio and provide guidance to local buyers globally.
• Full responsibility for site-level raw material cost budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Perfumery, QC, Finance and local Supply Chain teams to enhance collaboration and support business growth across regions.
• Manage local supplier relationships and ensure service level in line with expectations.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability and regulatory standards for all purchased materials.
• Monitor and report site KPIs (cost savings, on-time delivery, compliance) and implement continuous improvement actions.
  
  

✅ What You Need To Shine In This Role

• Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Chemistry, or related.
• 8+ years in procurement, with at least 3 years in global category management.
• Proven experience managing budgets and delivering cost savings in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in fragrance ingredients or specialty chemicals industry preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contracting expertise; analytical and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in SAP and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel)
• Fluent in English and Hindi
