Role Overview

Beco is seeking a high-ownership, growth-oriented Senior Brand Executive to translate deep consumer insights into successful products and tangible business outcomes. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role, not a passive brand position.

The role involves identifying consumer gaps, building winning product propositions, and driving launches end-to-end. You will own consumer understanding, new product development, pricing inputs, and brand execution, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to accelerate Beco’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Consumer & Market Insights (CMI)

  • Conduct regular consumer calls and research to identify unmet needs, pain points, and usage gaps
  • Identify white spaces for new products, extensions, and improvements
  • Evaluate existing products to determine:
  • What is performing well
  • What needs improvement
  • What should be scaled or discontinued
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable inputs for:
  • Product concepts
  • Pricing decisions (MRP, SP)
  • Messaging and positioning
  • Use insights and data to drive decisions and outcomes, not just presentations

New Product Development (NPD) – Idea to Shelf

  • Own new products end-to-end, from concept to launch:
  • Consumer insight → product concept → value proposition
  • Pricing inputs (MRP, SP, margin logic)
  • Positioning and messaging
  • Launch planning and execution
  • Independently drive projects and maintain momentum across teams
  • Ensure products align with consumer needs, brand promise, and commercial objectives

Content & Brand Communication

  • Develop clear, consumer-first messaging for products and campaigns
  • Shape launch narratives that drive trial, conversion, and recall
  • Brief agencies, challenge creative outputs, and elevate quality standards
  • Ensure all brand communication is distinctive, consistent, and growth-focused

Data-Driven Brand Management

  • Track and analyze performance of product launches and campaigns
  • Use data to:
  • Validate strategic bets
  • Course-correct quickly
  • Improve repeatability and scalability
  • Balance creative thinking with strong commercial and analytical judgment

Requirement

  • 2-4 years of experience in brand, marketing, or new product development roles
  • Hands-on experience with consumer research and interviews, product launches, content development and messaging.
  • Working knowledge of pricing fundamentals (MRP, SP, margins)
  • A high-agency, execution-focused professional who Moves quickly, , Pushes teams and projects forward, Operates effectively without extensive direction
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
  • Strongly driven by consumer problem-solving and growth outcomes
