Job Summary

As a Manager at GlobeOp India, you will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services or projects in line with organizational goals. You will play a key role in team development, performance management, and process optimization within your designated area.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Manage daily operational workflows, ensuring adherence to established procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
• Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel and tools, to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives and departmental objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, resolving problems effectively and communicating resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on team performance, project status, and operational metrics to management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Science). Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a professional work environment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management software, industry-specific applications).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
