Senior Associate / Associate Manager - RFP Response / Due Diligence Support

Job Location – Mumbai- Goregaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end DDQ process, including initial review, requirements gathering, content creation, and final submission;
• Handle Admin report requests, including initial review, requirements gathering, content creation, and final submission;
• Collaborate with business groups and other teams to gather information and create compelling and accurate responses;
• Maintain a library of standard responses, templates, and sales collateral to streamline the response creation process;
• Ensure that all assignments/responses align with company policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements;
• Assist in developing and maintaining presentations, case studies, and other support materials;
• Track and report on daily activity, including volume analysis, response times, etc.;
• Pro-active in automating process and deliverables through generating effective ideas that generate FTE savings and process efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to enhance content.
