Senior Application Specialist

Now we are looking for a Senior Application Specialist to strengthen our global Aftersales team in India.

In this role, you will demonstrate our software solutions to our customers and help with their software installation, implementation, and usage. Your software range covers CADMATIC 3D Plant and Outfitting design and P&ID. Your daily work is also about solving customer inquiries and providing customer trainings on-site and remotely. You turn tricky questions into successful service experiences and simple solutions. In practice you enjoy shifting back and forth from technical support role to sales support role. You will be based in one of our India offices: Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore, or Ahmedabad, and you will report to our Technical Manager.

In short, your job includes:

• Helping and educating our customers with their software installation, implementation, and usage by providing technical support and training.
• Participating in the presales process as our technical software expert giving software demonstrations.
• As part of our customer success team in India, you will cooperate and work closely with our global customer success, sales, product development and other professionals in the team contributing to our ambitious growth plans.

We wish you to bring:

• Degree in process, marine or mechanical engineering.
• Working experience in Process & Industry sector i.e., in chemical, power, water treatment or paper & pulp company or Marine sector.
• Practical experience in engineering/design or 3D CAD administration.
• Strong experience in a similar role and deep understanding of the industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness and readiness to travel.

You have good communication and presentation skills, and you know how to prioritize your work. Your working style is independent, but you enjoy working in a team too.
