Senior Anaplan Support Consultant

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing TeamViewer’s Anaplan models across financial, workforce planning, and KPI reporting functions. The position works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable workflows, improve business processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver a high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Anaplan development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.

• Be a part of the development and maintenance of TeamViewer’s Anaplan models, including financial, workforce planning and KPI modules
• Design and implement new Anaplan models and workflows to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain high-quality Anaplan code, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Ensure high standards of user experience, including interface optimisation, and support materials
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various different sources
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and other Anaplan-related issues and errors
• Stay up-to-date with Anaplan product updates and advancements, and implement new features and functionality as needed
• Develop and maintain documentation of Anaplan models, workflows, and processes.
• Collaborate with the business to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to Anaplan models and workflows
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Anaplan development, with a strong understanding of Anaplan's platform and functionality and should be a L-2 Certified with Anaplan Solution Architect is a Plus.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Anaplan models and workflows, together with strong technical skills in Anaplan, including data modelling, workflow design, and scripting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data governance and data quality processes, as well as execution of strict user access controls
• Strong understanding of business operations and financial planning processes
• Team player with intercultural sensitivity, capable of working effectively in a diverse team environment.
