Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. international tax forms, including Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 8938, 8621 (PFIC), and FBAR filings.
• Perform PFIC analysis, income computations, and preparation of PFIC statements for investor reporting. Analyze CFC structures to determine reporting requirements, fee quotes, and treaty-based positions for global clients.
• Assist in preparation and review of foreign disclosures and reporting packages in compliance with IRS regulations and global reporting standards.
• Support FATCA/CRS analysis as per required jurisdiction, due diligence, and documentation requirements for global entities.
• Oversee international disclosure reporting for FinCEN Form 114 (FBAR), 8938, and 8858 for foreign disregarded entities.
• Direct end-to-end PFIC analysis and technical review of Form 8621, including Section 1291 and excess distributions.
• Prepare and review Schedule K-1/K-2/K-3, year-end allocations, and investor-level tax calculations
• Analyze foreign investment structures (CFCs, partnerships, disregarded entities) to determine reporting obligations and tax implications.
• Assist with Schedule K-1/K-3 international reporting components.
