We are looking for a high-potential Senior Accounts Executive who wants to go beyond routine accounting and grow into a future Finance Leader.

This is a high-ownership, fast-growth role where you’ll start with hands-on accounting and gradually transition into managing group-level finance operations across multiple entities.

If you have strong fundamentals, excellent Excel skills, and a passion for financial analysis — this role offers a clear path to Finance Head.

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting

• Manage books of accounts across multiple entities
• Handle GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial controls
  
  

Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries
• Support audits, closures, and financial statements
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions
  
  

Excel & Data Analysis (Critical Skill)

• Build advanced Excel reports & financial models
• Work with large datasets and improve reporting efficiency
  
  

Group Accounting

• Manage consolidation across entities
• Standardize financial reporting processes
  
  

Leadership & Growth

• Work directly with leadership on financial strategy
• Take ownership of reporting accuracy and systems
• Build scalable finance processes
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• CA / MBA Finance with strong accounting fundamentals
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting & financial reporting
• Strong experience in MIS, financial statements, and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (must-have) – Pivot, financial modelling, data analysis (Jewellery industry experience is a plus)
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple entities and complex data
