Haveng Spring is looking for dedicated Security Guards to join our team in Vidyavihar, Mumbai. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month. As a Security Guard at Haveng Spring, your primary role will be to ensure the safety and security of our premises.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises for Haveng Spring.
• Patrol the facility regularly to detect and prevent any security breaches or suspicious activities for Haveng Spring.
• Respond to security alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action to address any issues.
• Assist with the enforcement of company policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct regular checks of the premises, including surveillance systems and physical inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees while maintaining security protocols.
• Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the relevant authorities to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement if necessary during emergencies or security situations.
• Ensure that security equipment is operational and report any malfunctions or issues to the management.
  
  

• Minimum qualification of 10th Pass or equivalent education level for Haveng Spring.
• Previous experience in security is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided by Haveng Spring.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail to ensure effective monitoring of premises.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English to interact with staff and visitors for Haveng Spring.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical fitness and stamina to carry out patrols and stand for extended periods.
• A high level of integrity and professionalism to maintain the security and safety of the premises.
