Here, you will work with a growing team of technical experts in our Fabric & Home Care team, with the opportunity to lead consumer centric product innovation while enhancing your collaboration & management skills through experience / training.

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences and allow for identification of unmet needs
• Analyzing data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for consumer delighting product innovation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product design strategies based on consumer feedback.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to multi-functional stakeholders to influence product design choices and communication strategies
• Managing your own projects from day one, addressing real challenges and implementing solutions.
• Enhancing your collaboration and management skills through practical experiences and interactive training.

• Technical Proficiency: A demonstrated history of academic excellence throughout your education.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for understanding consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• English Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to connect and work with people across countries and cultures.
• Learning Agility: Ability to work independently, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for learning new skills.

PREREQUISITES

• Education: M.Sc. from top universities with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience OR PhD in Science from top universities with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Consumer Research Expertise: In-depth knowledge of consumer tests, deriving insights, communication, demos, claims, and product innovation amongst others.
  
  

This role will require some travel within India and abroad hence the candidate should be open to travel.
