We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The role is responsible for service Delivery related to ABAP Development Span. Hands on experience in leading the team of ABAP with exposure working on ALE IDOC, Interfaces, RICEFW. Work experience BAPI, BADI , USEREXITS BDC is must . Hands on experience in creating reports, interfaces.

What You'll Do:
🎯 Lead the design and development of ABAP applications and enhancements.
📊 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
🤝 Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
🔍 Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
⚙️ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP systems.
📈 Optimize existing programs for performance improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 10+ Years of IT industry experience.
• Relevant SAP Certification is Must
• Experience implementing User Exit, BADIs, or Enhancements to further customize out-of-the-box solutions in SAP
• Able to research SAP issues through OSS, evaluating, applying and testing OSS notes.
• Can work independently and manage task individually.
• Take ownership.
