We are looking for a high-performing S&OP Lead to join our clients growing team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain operations across D2C, e-commerce, quick commerce, and modern retail outlets.

You will be a key player in aligning demand and supply, optimizing inventory, and driving fulfillment strategies that enable revenue growth.

This is a strategic role requiring a proactive individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and translate data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, supply chain plans, and financial goals.
• Develop and execute demand planning and inventory strategies across multiple sales channels including D2C, quick commerce, e-commerce marketplaces, and modern retail outlets.
• Monitor stock health, replenishment cycles, and fulfillment KPIs to ensure high availability with minimal obsolescence or overstock.
• Work closely with warehouse teams and 3PL partners to streamline storage, dispatches, and reverse logistics operations.
• Own the monthly S&OP meetings with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and operations, presenting data-driven insights and facilitating decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, warehouse utilization, and service levels through analytical thinking and process Masters degree from a Tier 1 college
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in S&OP, supply chain planning, or operations with strong exposure to D2C brands.
• Proven experience working across e-commerce, quick commerce platforms, and modern trade retail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operations to commercial outcomes.
