Sales Manager Domestic International

Job Purpose

The Sales Associate at Gansons plays a pivotal role in the go-to-market phase for the company. They are responsible for end-to-end customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service
• Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM software
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing market reach
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed
  
  

• Educational background – Graduate / PG
• 2-5 years of experience in relevant industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  
  

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
