About the Role

We are looking for a product-oriented Sales Manager who can combine strong consultative selling skills with a deep understanding of Fynd’s commerce platform.


This role is responsible for driving revenue by positioning Fynd’s products as strategic business solutions for brands and retailers. You will work closely with product and growth teams to deliver high-quality demos, solve complex business problems, and close high-impact deals.



What will you do at Fynd ?


Revenue Ownership

- Own and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities


Product-Led Selling

- Develop a deep understanding of Fynd’s commerce ecosystem (catalog, OMS, integrations, marketplace, omnichannel, WMS, TMS)

- Conduct structured discovery to identify merchant pain points

- Deliver tailored, use-case driven demos focused on business impact and ROI

- Confidently handle product and technical objections


Consultative Engagement

- Act as a trusted advisor to brands, retailers, and enterprise clients

- Engage with founders, CXOs, and business heads

- Position Fynd as a long-term commerce partner rather than a transactional solution


Growth & Expansion

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

- Drive product adoption to unlock expansion revenue

- Work with internal teams to improve customer success and retention


Collaboration & Feedback

- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback

- Contribute to improving product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy

- Support internal enablement by sharing market insights and learnings


Some Specific Requirements

- 2–8 years of experience in SaaS / platform / commerce sales

- Engineering or technical background (B.Tech / BE or equivalent preferred)

- Proven track record of closing mid to high-value B2B deals

- Strong product understanding or ability to quickly grasp complex platforms

- Experience in consultative / solution-based selling

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- High ownership mindset with strong revenue orientation


Good to Have

- Experience in e-commerce, omnichannel, or retail tech

- Exposure to enterprise or mid-market sales cycles

- Ability to work closely with product teams

- Revenue closure (primary)

- Demo-to-close conversion rate

- Average deal size

- Sales cycle duration

- Expansion revenue from existing accounts
