Sales Co-ordinator-Two Wheeler Finance-Sales

JD – TW - Sales Co-Ordinator

To provide sales and operational support to the Two Wheeler Finance Sales team by coordinating with dealers, sales executives, credit teams, operations teams, and customers to ensure seamless processing of loan applications, achievement of business targets, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dealers and sales teams for sourcing Two Wheeler loan applications.
• Track and monitor loan applications from login to disbursement.
• Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documents.
• Follow up with Credit, Operations, and Sales teams for quick loan approvals and disbursements.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and resolve their operational queries.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor sales performance, lead conversions, and pending cases.
• Support achievement of business targets through effective sales coordination.
• Provide customers with updates regarding loan application status and documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and process standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer, dealer, and business data.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  
  

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA / BBM preferred).
• MBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred.
