You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

The individual in this role will be the process and system expert in S4HANA STP area. The person will be responsible for defining global STP processes, System integration and Quality assurance.

What You Will Bring

You will bring experience and knowledge for regional role in S4HANA Project:

• Working collaboratively with multiple partners for S4 HANA
• End-to-end STP business and functional knowledge and Hands on testing experience
• Working in global IT function with regional or global responsibilities in an environment like Mondelēz International
• Working with internal and external project managers with their teams and leading when necessary
  
  
  

Your responsibilities include:

• SAP Functional
• Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and stakeholder sessions to define processes and configurations.
• Oversee solution design, ensuring scalability, compliance, and integration across SAP landscapes.
• Master data – Vendor master, PIR, Source list etc.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and vendors to achieve results.
• Skilled in identifying solution gaps and evaluating alternatives.
• Engage regional leads and business units to gather requirements, map processes, and define standardized templates.
• Quality Assurance
• Lead test teams, facilitate defect triage, and report progress to stakeholders during cutover preparations.
• Perform end-to-end functional and integration testing with non-SAP systems like Coupa, Readsoft, HICX, Tungsten for invoice processing etc.
• Validate configurations, custom developments, and integrations for compliance and performance.
• Document, catalog, and maintain all test cases in qTest, following program naming conventions, tagging, and metadata standards.

Skill Set

We are seeking candidates with a desire to drive their future and accelerate their careers, possessing experience and knowledge in the following areas:

• Over 8-12 years of hands-on experience
• SAP S/4HANA implementations, with expertise in STP process design, integration and QA/testing.
• Bring hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 system configuration.
• Understand integration methods between SAP components and third-party applications.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Integration Testing, including validation of interfaces between SAP and upstream/downstream systems.
• Experience executing System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), and regression testing in complex SAP landscapes.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools. (qTest preferable)
• Communicate fluently in English, fostering effective engagement. Additional languages would be an advantage
