Job Purpose

Develop and manage relationships with financial sponsors and their investee companies. Achieve business targets through cross-selling banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Engage with financial sponsors like PE, VC, and sovereign funds.

Build relationships offering capital markets and banking solutions.

Collaborate with investment banking to execute transactions.

Client Servicing

Address daily client requirements and act as a single point of contact.

Coordinate with internal teams like Treasury, Operations, and Compliance.

Regulatory Compliance & Housekeeping

Review credits as per bank policies.

Ensure adherence to documentation and regulatory requirements.

Complete submissions for client-related regulatory needs.

Other Deliverables / Expectations

Gather market intelligence from client interactions.

Ensure profitability through revenue, cost-to-income, and balance sheet metrics.
