Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement risk management strategies for the Rural Lending portfolio
Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
Monitor and analyze key risk indicators and report on risk exposure to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to rural lending
Conduct training and provide guidance to team members on risk management best practices
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required
