Job Title: Research & Development Executive (Personal Care Health care)

Location: Delhi

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Application Development Executive – Cosmetics will be responsible for developing and improving innovative formulations for personal care and cosmetic products, including skin care, hair care, and colour cosmetics. The role involves conducting formulation trials, ensuring product stability and regulatory compliance, and supporting customers with technical and application-related requirements.

The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Application Development, and Quality to deliver customer-focused solutions aligned with market trends and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Involve in formulation design of skin/hair/color cosmetics and perform experiments for new product development as per customer’s requirement on Personal Care products.
• In-house consumer trials for market research.
• Generate ideation of innovative concepts and convert them to physical product.
• Should stand for a strong technical support to Sales team within the division.
• Maintain the formulation record in system.
• Should bring in ready market contacts to enhance the business.
• Maintaining stock of raw material in the lab.
• Maintaining the instruments in the lab.
• Competitor product study and analytical studies as applicable.
• Monthly Tracking of Commercialized/Approved/Ongoing projects.
• Stability Study/Sensory Study record generation and maintenance.
• To maintain the records and feedbacks on samples submitted to clients.
  
  

Job Requirements

• B. Tech / M. Tech Cosmetics.
• Excellent Technical, Communication & Presentation Skills and a positive work attitude.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Technical Support and Service.
