Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions providing appropriate care and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed standards.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Respond appropriately to life-saving situations using appropriate resuscitation procedures.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Ensure patient safety and implement infection control measures effectively.
• Assist physicians during examinations, operations, and other medical procedures.
• Supervise and train less experienced nursing staff and support personnel.
• Contribute to policy development and quality improvement initiatives in healthcare facilities.
• Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of healthcare documentation systems.
