Roles & Responsibility:

1. Business Development

• Drive home loan sales across the region through branches, DSAs, connectors, and builder relationships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to increase home loan penetration.

2. Team Management

• Lead and manage Area Managers, Sales Managers, and Relationship Managers.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and coaching.
• Set sales targets and ensure achievement through effective planning.

3. Channel Development

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate builders, brokers, and channel partners (DSAs).
• Expand the distribution network to increase sourcing of home loan leads.

4. Portfolio & Risk Management

• Ensure quality sourcing of customers and adherence to credit guidelines.
• Maintain healthy portfolio performance and control delinquency levels.

5. Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with key customers and developers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quick query resolution.

6. Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and schemes.
• Provide feedback to product teams on market trends and customer needs.
